Robobai achieves ISO 27001 certification

At Robobai, we take data protection seriously and we’re proud to announce that we have recently achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification. This makes Robobai one of the only platforms in our field to meet the highest internationally recognised global data security standards.

Robobai  is committed to the ongoing delivery of  both operational excellence and world-class information security to our customers, and this certification is the latest milestone in our information security roadmap.

What is ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 is one of the most widely recognised and internationally accepted information security standards. It’s one of the few standards that uses a top-down, risk-based approach to evaluation. It identifies requirements and specifications for a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS), defining how an organisation should manage and protect sensitive information.

The standard applies not only to our world class AI platform, but also encompasses the entire business operation including its people, processes and technology and assures the robustness and quality of Robobai’s risk management processes to information security.

 ISO 27001 certification process

In order to achieve this certification, Robobai’s compliance was validated by an independent audit firm, BSI (British Standards Institution).  After demonstrating our ongoing and systematic approach to mitigate information security risks that affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and customer data and guarantee stringent data governance, our review was completed with zero non-conformities.

The scope of the ISO certification encompasses:

• All information systems owned by and used by Robobai.
• Headquarters in Australia.
• All staff and contractors using Robobai
